A Live View of Earth From the ISS

There is even a docking simulator for people who want to try controlling a spacecraft without actually being anywhere near one.
A Few Extras for Space Fans
The app also has recorded tours of the ISS, including a 360-degree virtual tour of the inside of the station. That makes it possible to look around the different modules without watching a normal video from beginning to end. NASA videos and space news are available in the same place too, so the app can be used for more than just the live camera.
There is also a chat section where space fans from different countries can talk, share pictures and see a ranking based on chat activity. Messages can be automatically translated, which is useful because not everyone in the chat is going to be speaking the same language.

ISS Live Now is probably not an app that gets opened every day for everyone, but it can be strangely easy to spend time with once the live camera is on. Seeing actual Earth from space is different from looking at another space simulation or a normal astronomy app. Add the tracking map, launch information, NASA content and the different camera feeds, and there is quite a lot here for people who are interested in the ISS or space in general.
