Live Anime Shimeji Pets is a fun Android app that adds small animated anime characters to your phone screen. Instead of leaving your home screen looking the same all day, you can have cute chibi pets walking around, jumping and playing while you use other apps. It’s a nice little extra for anime fans or anyone who enjoys adding some personality to their phone.
The pets aren’t just there to look cute. You can tap, drag or throw them around and watch their reactions. The app also lets you adjust their size, speed and movement, as well as choose how many characters appear on screen. They can stay visible while you browse social media, watch videos or play games.
Key features:
- Cute Anime Pets: Add animated chibi characters to your screen.
- Interactive Actions: Tap, drag and throw pets to see their reactions.
- Custom Settings: Adjust pet size, movement speed and quantity.
- Always-On-Top Display: Keep your pets visible while using other apps.
- Simple Controls: Customize your screen without complicated setup.
- No System Modifications: Add screen pets without modifying Android itself.
Live Anime Shimeji Pets is worth trying if you want a playful home screen rather than another standard customization app. Keep in mind that displaying pets over other apps may require overlay permission. The app also describes optional Accessibility access for displaying a custom status bar overlay, so review the permissions before enabling them.
